Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive in-store sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales figures and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance promotional activities and events.
- Ensure that the showroom is always well-presented and stocked.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in retail sales management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.

💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
