Exciting Opportunity: Sales Executive Manager – Furniture Showroom Sales in Pretoria

A proudly South African furniture manufacturer and retailer, Sales Fraternity, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive Manager to join our in-store sales team. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will play an integral role in driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience in our Pretoria showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Drive in-store sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales figures and reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance promotional activities and events.
  • Ensure that the showroom is always well-presented and stocked.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in retail sales management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer service principles and retail trends.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.

(Note: Salary figures are based on market estimates for comparable roles.)
