Exciting Opportunity: Front Desk/Office Manager in Cape Town

A leading company in the swimming pool industry, West Coast Personnel, is currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk/Office Manager. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage retail counter sales with a hands-on approach, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the office under pressure.
  • Provide qualified information related to swimming pool products and services to customers.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment while going the extra mile to satisfy client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in office management or a similar role, preferably within the construction or swimming pool sector.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work under pressure without compromising service quality.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R16,000 – R20,000 per month.
