A leading company, Isilumko Staffing, is currently seeking a highly skilled HR & Organisational Design / Transformation / Change Consultant. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to partner with HR teams to deliver end-to-end HR initiatives within a dynamic Corporate and Investment Banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Drive transformational change by designing effective organizational structures and processes that enhance performance.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current HR policies and practices, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with leadership to facilitate change management and ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
- Provide expert input on talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning strategies.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR consulting within the banking or financial services sector.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of change management frameworks; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competencies: Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary Range: R40,000 – R60,000 per month.
