Exciting Opportunity: Full-Cycle Sales Development Representative in South Africa

A leading company in the sales sector, Huzzle is looking for a dedicated Full-Cycle Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the entire sales funnel and connect high-performing B2B sales professionals with global companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and increase conversion rates.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and activities to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance analytics tools.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R25,000 – R40,000 per month.
