Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate educational training sessions for caregivers focused on early childhood development (ECD).
- Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop and maintain training materials that align with current ECD methodologies.
- Cultivate positive relationships with participants to encourage participation and engagement.
- Evaluate the efficacy of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or qualification in Early Childhood Development or Education.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in training or mentoring roles related to ECD.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion: A genuine love for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
