A leading company in the banking sector, Isilumko Staffing, is currently looking for a highly skilled HR & Organisational Design / Transformation / Change Consultant. This is a unique chance to partner with HR teams and deliver end-to-end HR initiatives within a dynamic Corporate and Investment Banking environment in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR teams to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Conduct assessments and diagnostics to identify departmental needs and recommend organizational improvements.
- Lead change management projects to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive cultural transformation.
- Utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness of HR programs and make informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years proven experience in HR consulting within a banking environment.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking and change management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Tools: Familiarity with HR analytics tools and methodologies.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R580,000 – R600,000 per year.
