Exciting Opportunity: Guest Relations Officer at La Residence

Are you an individual with a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service? The Royal Portfolio is currently seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious establishment in Franschhoek, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage switchboard calls and address individual requests, messages, and queries from guests.
  • Liaise regularly with agents to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Utilize the Property Management System Opera at the operator level effectively.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and maintain high standards of service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed using Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent qualification in hospitality.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a guest relations or front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with property management systems, particularly Opera, is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
