Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.

Requirements
- Education: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an IT support role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of ITIL V3/4 methodologies and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Tools: Proficient in using Microsoft 365 and other related software.
