Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Blended Learning Training Lead to design effective training programs for teachers.
- Facilitate engaging online and in-person training sessions to enhance educators’ skills in blended learning.
- Develop and curate training materials that support scalable blended classrooms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Support teachers in implementing new blended learning techniques in their classrooms.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a training or educational facilitation role, preferably in blended learning environments.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Technical: Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
