Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the housekeeping team to ensure high-quality cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and processes for effective operations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies, ensuring all areas are stocked.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas, addressing any cleanliness issues immediately.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold service standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within housekeeping or related fields.
- Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
