Exciting Opportunity: Guest Relations Officer at La Residence

A leading company, The Royal Portfolio, is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to join their team in the beautiful setting of Franschhoek, Western Cape. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage switchboard calls and effectively address individual requests, messages, and queries from guests.
  • Liaise regularly with agents to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize the Property Management System, Opera, at the operator level to assist with daily operations.
  • Provide accurate information to guests regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Ensure efficient coordination between various departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant qualification in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office; proficiency in using Property Management Systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Personality: A friendly demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle guest feedback professionally.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
