Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage accounting operations across all hotel properties, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and provide insights into the operating performance of each property, facilitating strategic decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate the annual budget process, tracking financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations of accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality accounting, with exposure to multiple properties.
- Skills: Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel property management systems and accounting software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
