A leading company, Hire Resolve, is currently seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to manage the front desk operations in Centurion, Gauteng. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at the office, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments effectively.
  • Maintain the front desk area by keeping it tidy and organized, ensuring all materials are stocked.
  • Coordinate office activities and appointments, handling multi-tasking efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Appearance: Professional and well-groomed; friendly demeanor.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus.

💰 Salary Insight
