Exciting Opportunity: Operations Administrator Clerk in Stellenbosch

A leading company, Locksecure, is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator Clerk. This is an excellent opportunity to join a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient processing of daily operations, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to coordinate operations workflows.
  • Maintain records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports that provide operational insights and metrics.
  • Support the management team in administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualification: A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred, with strong organizational skills.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R10,000 per month.
