Exciting Opportunity: Senior Administrator in Cape Town

A leading company, Momentum Group, is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator to join its esteemed team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled administrator keen on supporting a thriving organization that values employee engagement and recognition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Manage communications by acting as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
