Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage appointment bookings and confirmations for therapists and treatments.

- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant certifications in beauty therapy or aesthetics preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or therapist in a beauty or skincare setting is advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

💰 Salary Insight
