Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for all staff members.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements
